Parking.Pontiacland is a digital platform for you to access and manage all your season parking needs, any time and anywhere.

You will be able to perform the following services in Parking.Pontiacland:

• Apply for season parking space
• Check the status of your season parking application
• Make payment for season parking space
• View and retrieve payment records
• Terminate season parking (coming soon)
• Update vehicle details

Parking.Pontiacland is currently available at:

• Millenia Walk
• The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore
• Conrad Centennial Singapore

Yes, you will need an account in order to access Parking.Pontiacland services. Upon log-in, you will be prompted to enter your car plate number and contact details for verification purposes, and to access your existing season parking record with us.

Please proceed to the MPPL office at Millenia Tower, Basement 1 for assistance.

Pontiac Land is digitalising our processes. The physical renewal kiosks will cease to operate from 31/12/2022. We look forward to continuing supporting your season parking needs on Parking.Pontiacland.

OTP is a security feature service. When you are registering a new account with email address via Parking.Pontiacland, an OTP will be sent to your email address. You must then enter the OTP in order to complete your registration process.

If you do not receive an email with the OTP, you can click "Send New OTP" to request the resending of the OTP.

Your OTP is valid only for 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes you still have not entered it, you may then click the "Send New OTP" to ask for the resending of the OTP.

Step 1: Register an account with a valid email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
Step 2: Click on the "Apply for Season Parking" tab and submit the relevant information and documents.
Step 3: Your application will be processed within 3 business days and an email notification will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 4: Log in to Parking.Pontiacland to make payment (via PayNow) and activate your season parking.

Step 1: Register an account with a valid email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
Step 2: Click on the button "Renew Season Parking". Enter your car plate number and contact details as verification to access your existing season parking record with us.
Step 3: Select the start date and renewal period.
Step 4: Verify the season parking record and click on "Confirm and Pay".
Step 5: Make payment (via PayNow).

Please provide us with:

• Particulars of applicant such as name, contact number, company details
• Vehicle details (Vehicle Plate Number & In-Vehicle Unit (IU) Number)
• Documents required: Vehicle log card, proof of employment with the company

Yes, via Parking.Pontiacland, you may make payment for your season parking up to 6 months in advance.

You may log in to Parking.Pontiacland to view your application process.

Upon successful application, you will receive an email notification to prompt you to make payment on Parking.Pontiacland.
